Act 4: Truth is the fourth Act of Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound. It is comprised of six stages: 4-1 Steel Prison, 4-2 Open Sea Chase, 4-3 Navy Base Infiltration, 4-4 The Secret Lab, 4-5 Super Express to Hell and 4-6 Into the Shadows.

Story[]
Steel Prison[]
Kenji awakens in a new place, but is glad to see Muramasa is okay. Muramasa stats that the CIA Agent intentions are noble, but the agent believes that they are the most suited to deal with the situation. Kenji and Kumori then start looking for a way out. As they find a Demon Altar, Kenji is surprised to see that the CIA is transporting demon artifacts. Kumori notes that only the Hayabusa Clan fails to see that the demon artifacts are quite useful. With the help of the artifact, the two manage to find a way out. Kenji tells Muramasa to stay here for now, and when they disrupt the boat crew and security, to use that opportunity to escape.
As they make their way on the ship, they fight many enemies. Eventually on deck, while fighting more enemies and a helicopter, a Masked Agent appears. She informs everyone that the hull has been breached, sends the helicopter to the back, and says that she will handle Kenji. As the helicopter leaves, the Masked Agent explains that she isn't Kenji's enemy, but a messenger and was sent by agent Sea Swallow to help Kenji escape. The Masked Agent then tells Kenji that this CIA operation has been compromised and if he goes to Uraga Port, he will find the truth. The Masked Agent also states that Ryu trusts Sea Swallow and that he trusts Kenji will do what is necessary. Hearing that, Kenji agrees to head there and proceeds on.
Soon after that, Kenji and Kumori encounter the Ship Defense System, and manage to defeat it. After that, they jump on a jetski and head towards Uraga Port.
