Ancient Pirate Cave is the 3-3 mission in Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound and part of Act 3: Bladewalker. The stage takes place in Miura Coast. Its Secret Ops equivalent is S-4 Back in the Caves.
Description[]
One of the Energy Crystals is located inside this ancient cave, where Portuguese pirates hid themselves from the shogunate during the 17th century.

Scarabs[]
- Scarab x3: After the cutscene with Kumori, you will reach a Demon Altar, instead of using it, break the wall behind him. At the end of this tunnel, you will find a triple scarab.
- Scarab: After the ship, you will reach a section where there will be moving platforms on chains. You will be forced to crouch down to pass through. Right after that, the scarab will be on the left wall.
- Scarab: From the previous scarab, you will reach a waterfall with same platforms but this time they are heading up and down. As you climb, you will see a Cannon Demon on the left. On the right, you can break the wall to enter a small section with a scarab at the end.
- Scarab: After using the second Demon Alter, continue on and you will start going down a waterfall in a zip-zag way. Soon after that you will enter a ship and exit almost immediately after defeating a few enemies there. As you exit it will be another waterfall section, and a demon with a gun will spawn at the exit point. Do not kill him. Head to the edge of the left, then use Guillotine Boost Attack on the demon's projectile to jump up on the left (there are spikes on the right wall). There is a scarab there which is out of the screen and not normally visible until you climb up there.
- Scarab x3: You will reach another waterfall with platforms moving up and down, but this time also cannons shooting left and right. Head to the very top and break the wall on the right. At the end of this small section you can find a triple scarab.
- Scarab: After you reach a cutscene with a Obsidrae's tentacles chasing you. You will have to jump on several platforms. Once you are on the second one, you will see the scarab above you (between 2nd and 3rd platforms). To reach it, you must jump and use Guillotine Boost from the tentacle attack.
Crystal Skulls[]
- Crystal Skull: Soon after crossing a wooden bridge, you will enter a ship and have to climb up. At the top, there will be boxes on the left and right. Use the ceiling to reach the left and enter the room there to find a Crystal Skull.
- Crystal Skull: You will reach a section with a waterfall and platforms moving up and down. Once you reach the top, take the left path and the Crystal Skull will be in this dead end.
- Crystal Skull: After exiting the ship and using the projectile to reach the 4th Scarab, proceed down and you will see a Cannon Demon on the left. Break the wall behind him to reach a dead end with a Crystal Skull.
Secret Ops[]
- Secret Ops: Once you are out of the cave (a bit after encountering your first barrel rolling enemies), you will reach a Demon Altar. Use it and then climb up, but take the left path. This will lead to the secret op.
