The Art of Fire Dragon Balls is a special ninpo attack used by Ryu Hayabusa during the last two Ninja Gaiden NES trilogy games.
Description[]
Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos[]
Only warrior who possess the Dragon Sword are allowed to use this skill. Use this skill to transform the power that is contained in the sword into balls full of electric power, and then throw these balls at the enemy.[1]
Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom[]
Only the person carrying the Dragon Sword is permitted to use this art. The power dwelling in the dragon sword is changed into a ball, which you can throw downward at an angle.[2]
Plot[]
Ryu uses this ninpo in his many battles against Ashtar's forces and the Bionoids.
Advantages[]
- Kills enemies angled below Ryu.
- Effective on bosses
Disadvantages[]
- Useless against enemies above Ryu.
Utilization[]
This ninpo is almost similar to the Art of Flying Firewheel, and is best used when on walls or platforms above enemies. This can quickly finish off bosses by positioning Ryu and his shadow doppelgangers, and having them all aiming this ninpo at the boss enemy.
Trivia[]
- This Ninpo is a unique variation of the Art of the Inferno.
