D.D.O. Proto-Goliath is a member of the Divine Dragon Order. D.D.O. Proto-Goliath is a boss who Yakumo encounters while trying to destroy the third pylon during Chapter 2: Haunted District.
Description[]
A huge soldier guarding a key location in Tokyo operating only during emergencies. He is typically restrained and cared for in the base while off-duty.
His defining characteristic is his overwhelming physical power, and his bare-handed strikes can sweep wide areas with little exertion. The pulse hammer he wields absorbs force and generates electricity to be expelled when desired. A single strike generates enough electricity to power an office building for a day, enabling the soldier to deploy an extensive web of electricity for a prolonged period.
Unfortunately, this soldier is so lacking in intelligence that he is incapable of comprehending strategic orders. To compensate for this weakness, the helmet contains a high-powered computer that provides immediate vocal instructions and shock simulation to tactically direct the soldier's actions.

After Yakumo destroys one of the pylons in Sky City Tokyo, the Proto-Goliath gets dispatched to protect the next closes pylon, along with some other D.D.O. Soldiers. When Yakumo arrives, the Proto-Goliath tries to stop him, however, Yakumo manages to defeat him and the other soldiers, and then destroy the pylon they were protecting.
