In-Game Description[]
An identification card issued to government dignitaries.
Embedded with a microchip, it is used to unlock security doors throughout the capital. Its previous owner must have been extraordinarily high placed and well connected, because the card allows access to even Presidential quarters.
However, in light of the fact that ID cards can be stolen or forged, the government is believed to have recently instituted a more secure facial-recognition based access system.
