Evil Redevelopments is the S-6 mission in Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound. The stage takes place in Kamakura and is the Secret Ops equivalent of 3-5 Construction Site. Its difficulty is specified in-game as 5 out of 5.
From the D1 update onward, this stage begins with some dialogue where Kumori notices Kenji's bad mood and asks him what is wrong. Kenji tries to brush it off, but Kumori reminds him that since they now share a soul, his emotions also affect hers. Kenji asks her whether the money gained by building on top of historical temples really is worth the consequences. Kumori agrees with his sentiment and tells him to take the issue with the Black Spider Clan's bosses later.

Kenji and Kumori venture into the concrete and metal labyrinth of the construction site, making his way through the weakest walls to eliminate the demons that were left behind.
