The heart of the Greater Fiend Alexei, Ruler of Lightning.
This metallic crystalline heart surges with the bluish hue of a
powerful lightning bolt. It retained its shape even as the rest of
Alexei's flesh disintegrated. A small portion of his residual
electrical energy powers the nebulous glow that this artifact
emits.
