Into the Shadows is the 4-6 mission in Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound and part of Act 4: Truth. It is the game's final stage before the epilogue. The stage begins in an unspecified city, continues through Mount Fuji and ends in the Kû no Tani; the last of these is stated as the stage's setting in the results screen.

A high-speed pursuit drives Kenji and Kumori back to Mount Fuji in a determined effort to stop the mad agent from opening the Veil again.
