Jay's Bar

Jay's Bar is the location of Act 1-2, located inside Galesburg, and serves as the boss arena against the Barbarian, a member of The Malice Four.

The bar is also notable for being the place where Ryu has his first encounter with Irene Lew, which happens shortly after the boss battle.
