Kage-Hiruko (暗器・影蛭子) is the fourth weapon that Yakumo obtain in Ninja Gaiden 4. In its Base form its an Assassin's Tools, while in its Bloodraven form its a Mechanical Arms. A container housing various specialized assassination tools from numerous cultures and time periods. It can quickly eject implements from both ends allowing for the rapid elimination of targets, earning it the nickname "Box of Death". By consuming blood essence, it will reveal an additional mechanism.
Kage-Hiruko is automatically unlocked upon completing Chapter 10: Bounding Spirits.
In Base Form, you can perform a variety of attacks utilizing an assortment of combat implements. Use Square to perform ranged attacks with throwing weapons, and Triangle to slash and strike enemies at close range.
In Bloodraven Form you brandish various weapons using prosthetic arms. Press and hold Square or Triangle to activate a Thousand-arm Attack, then release with perfect timing to perform an additional attack that triggers Bloodbath Kills while in the Berserk state.

Purchasing Weapon Skills require Weapon EXP, which is accumulated by defeating enemies. Acquiring some of the skills, will unlock more skill to purchase.
- Ansen: Base Form L-DOWN L-UP Square
- Spin giant shurikens and rip through enemies with rapid attacks. 16000 Weapon EXP.
- Wind God's Retreat: Bloodraven Form L-DOWN L-UP Square
- Throw a flurry of giant shurikens forward while jumping back. Hold Square to increase the number of strikes, then release Square after completion to perform a follow-up attack, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in berserk state. 40000 Weapon EXP.
- Tamahani: Base Form L-DOWN L-UP Triangle (Press Triangle Triangle after hitting an enemy)
- Dash forward with a high-speed claw attack. Press Triangle after hitting an enemy to link up to 2 additional attacks. 16000 Weapon EXP.
- Morning's Wind: Bloodraven Form L-DOWN L-UP Triangle
- Launch an enemy into the air with an iron flail. Hold Triangle to increase the number of strikes, then release Triangle after completion to perform a rising follow-up attack, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 40000 Weapon EXP.
- Nocturnal Flash: Base Form L-360 Square.
- Jump up and unleash a volley of bombs. Can also be used while mid-air. 18000 Weapon EXP.
- Silhouette Strike: Base Form L-360 Triangle
- Use a flail to launch an enemy into the air and smash it down. 18000 Weapon EXP.
- Billhook Ripper: Bloodraven Form L-360 Triangle
- Slash surrounding enemies while spinning with two large blades. Hold Triangle to increase the number of strikes, then release Triangle after completion to perform a follow-up attack, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 45000 Weapon EXP.
- Nocturnal Rain: Bloodraven Form Cross Square
- Vault into the air using mechanical arms and unleash a volley of bombs, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 17000 Weapon EXP.
- Wind God's Fatality: Bloodrave FOrm L-360 Square
- Throw a flurry of giant shurikens in a circular motion. Hold Square to increase the number of strikes,then release Square after completion to perform an additional attack, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. Additional attacks will draw enemies closer to you. 45000 Weapon EXP.
- Sweeping Fang: Bloodraven Form Cross Triangle
- Vault into the air using mechanical arms and perform rapid rush attacks with claws, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 17000 Weapon EXP.
- Nocturnal Cast: Bloodraven Form R1 Square
- Perform a maneuver using mechanical arms and throw a volley of bombs over a wide area, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 19000 Weapon EXP.
- Consecutive Displacement: Bloodraven Form R1 Triangle
- Perform a maneuver using mechanical arms then perform a spinning sweep with flails, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 19000 Weapon EXP.
