History[]
Nobleman Fuukisai was a deadly ninja who could levitate and uses his fan and shuriken. He appears in Ninja Gaiden Shadow as the boss of Stage 4.
Gameplay[]
Nobleman Fuukisai has two methods of attack, as he levitates and sends a barrage of shuriken against Ryu or lands on the ground level and throws his fan towards Ryu which eventually comes back, forcing Ryu to dodge it twice.
