Shadow Ninja Rasetsu (闇の羅刹 Yami no Rasetsu;Rasetsu of the Darkness) was the Fiendish shinobi of the Black Spider Ninja Clan's Dark Sect. He's the boss Ryu Hayabusa faces in Sky City Tokyo.

Ninja Gaiden II/Sigma 2[]
The Black Spider Ninjas, lead by the Ninja Overlord Genshin, are ordered to head to Tokyo's Sky City and stir up mayhem, while capturing the CIA agent Sonia. Rasetsu, a Chunin or Middle Ninja of the Black Spider Clan's Dark Sect, is ordered by Genshin to lead the squad of Ninja to stall Ryu Hayabusa. He manages to kidnap Sonia while the Super Ninja is occupied, and takes her to Elizebet, the Queen of the Greater Fiends. After Elizebet is through interrogating her, Rasetsu is sent to keep Hayabusa at bay, and so he mutates into a Fiend-like visage and his body becomes akin to a spider demon. He engages the Dragon Ninja, but is no match for his skills and the power of the Dragon Sword, and is brought down.
