San is a minor character from Ninja Gaiden.
San's corpse can be found in the Vigoorian Underground, directly after the Hall of the Flame Dragon. His diary reveals that he had discovered the way to active the Twin Serpent statue by using the stone tablet fragments. He was on his way to gather the pieces and head to Zarkhan, but eventually died of hunger.
