This Black Spider Clan Ninja comes in his regular variant and his Archer counterpart.

Appearance

Techniques

• Melee Combo: swings his Dual Katana repeatedly.
• Projectile Attack:
  • Shoots a flame arrow. Archer variant only.
  • Tosses a bomb.
• Throw Attack: leaps in a cartwheel jump over Hayabusa to grab him.
• Kamikaze Throw: once dismembered, dives at Hayabusa to grab him and explodes. (Razor's Edge only)

Throw Techniques cannot be blocked, unless stated otherwise.
Red Techniques can be countered with Steel on Bone in Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge.

Strategy

• While regular Spider Ninja will try to get close to Hayabusa, while Archers stay back to fire arrows, they're virtually identical at close range.

Ninja Gaiden 3

• Close in on him and perform an Izuna Drop (While sliding — Quick, Strong, Quick, Quick, Quick, Strong Attack) to Instant Kill him and disperse other nearby enemies with its splash damage. Then finish him off as he's crawling around on the ground with an Obliteration Technique (Close to a Near-Death Enemy — Strong Attack) to gain a substantial amount of Ki.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge

• Bait a Powerful Attack with the Meditation Ninja Skill and slide away to punish with Steel on Bone and chain it on nearby enemies with Strong Attack.
