Yatousen (降魔夜刀穿；Gouma Yatousen） is the second weapon that Yakumo obtain in Ninja Gaiden 4. In its Base form its a Rapier, while in its Bloodraven form its a Lance. A slender sword with a serpentine twisted blade. Designed to not only pierce through its target but also gouge out surrounding flesh, this weapon all but ensures an intensely painful death. By consuming blood essence, it will transform into a sharp, conical lance.
Yatousen is automatically unlocked upon completing Chapter 3: Phantom Pleasure Quarter.
While in Ravenblood form, the weapon transforms into a lance-like drill. Hold Square or Triangle to violently spin the drill and deal heavily damage to a single enemy, triggering Bloodbath Kills while in the Berserk state.

Purchasing Weapon Skills require Weapon EXP, which is accumulated by defeating enemies. Acquiring some of the skills, will unlock more skill to purchase.
- Hollow Thrust: Base form L-DOWN L-UP Square
- Perform a forward lunge attack followed by a retreating somerasault. 9000 Weapon EXP.
- Ballista Thrust Bloodraven form L-DOWN L-UP Square
- Lunge forward in a flying thrust attack. Hold Square to increase the number of strikes, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 22500 Weapon EXP.
- Rising Twister: Base form L-DOWN L-UP Triangle
- Perform a forward spin attack followed by an upward rising slash. 9000 Weapon EXP.
- Devilish Mole: Bloodraven Form L-DOWN L-UP Triangle
- Dive forward and perform a powerful upward thrust. Hold Triangle to spin the tip of your lance and increase the number of strikes, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 22500 Weapon EXP.
- Centrifugal Dance: Base form L-360 Square
- Leap forward, rapidly swinging your blade in consecutive strikes. 11000 Weapon EXP.
- Fanged Hornet: Bloodraven Form L-360 Square
- Jump forward while performing sweeping strikes, then instantly jump back towards your original position. Hold Square to increase the number of strikes, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state.
- Skewer Feast: Base Form L-360 Triangle (Press Triangle after hitting an enemy)
- Perform a thrust attack followed by a mobile spinning slash. The direction of the spinning slash depends on the input direction. Press Triangle after hitting an enemy to link into additional attacks. 11000 Weapon EXP.
- Rantenzan: Bloodraven form L-360 Triangle
- Swing the lance around to attack surrounding enemies in consecutive strikes. Hold Triangle to increase the number of strikes triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 27500 Weapon EXP.
- Eagle Claw: Bloodraven form Cross Square
- Rise into the air and perform a double sweep attack, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 10000 Weapon EXP.
- Eagle Dive: Bloodraven form Cross Triangle
- Rise into the air and perform a diving assault downward, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 10000 Weapon EXP.
- Propulsion Impact: Bloodraven form R1 Square
- Perform a forward thrust attack, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk state. 12000 Weapon EXP.
- Propulsion Sweep: Bloodraven form R1 Triangle
- Perform a series of sweep attacks, triggering a Bloodbath Kill if in Berserk State. 12000 Weapon EXP.
