Yomi's Cave is the location of Act 3-3, located inside Lizard Mountain, and serves as the boss arena against Basaquer, a member of The Malice Four.

In the NES version, this area is caved in and only has rocks decorating it. In the PC Engine, the area is more expansive and lava can be seen running along the background.
